Embarking on a new skincare routine

so my clinique 3 step system is coming to an end - ive been using this for around a year and a half - and i feel the need to try something new

i was lurking about boots.com looking at the soap and glory skincare when an item in the no7 range caught my eye:

its the boots radiance boosting hot cloth cleanser - looks interesting!

has anyone tried this? opinions??
